Cinnamon Queen Chickens
The Cinnamon Queen is a popular hybrid chicken bred for fast growth, early
maturity, and exceptional brown egg production. As a first-generation sex-link
hybrid, males and females can be identified at hatch by color — pullets hatch
reddish-brown while cockerels hatch mostly white.
Known for laying large to extra-large brown eggs, Cinnamon Queens mature
quickly and often begin laying earlier than many traditional heritage breeds. Their
active yet manageable nature makes them a great choice for backyard flocks,
homesteads, and small farms focused on dependable egg production.
Adult hens develop attractive reddish-brown and white feathering, while roosters
are often mostly white with red accents. Hardy and productive, Cinnamon
Queens are valued for their efficiency, friendly flock behavior, and reliable
performance as everyday laying hens.
